learning about supermarket herbalism

yeah, I’m not sure herbalism is a word, but I’m sure I’ll figure it out during the course.
It started innocently enough. I checked bloglines because I should be picking up the LR while watching the ball game, but I felt like procrastinating. 
I saw that KSMilkmaid had a post on making your own remedies. I had to check that out. I mean that’s much more important to my families health than picking up the LR (OK not so much. I’m pretty sure the LR would be classified as a hazard)
From there I found the free ecourse “Supermarket Herbalism” (hey! it is a word after all)
I’ll let you know how it goes.
