Whimsy is…

easily distracted

waiting for DH to come to her rescue

Yet again I find myself in this predicament. Take one easily distracted mom, put too many things on her plate at once, throw in a good helping of trying to get somewhere quickly and a dash of kids arguing in the background. Know what you get? A Suburban catching the side of the dumpster as it’s backing out and ruining a tire.

Which leaves a whimsy lady sitting and waiting on her hero.

My hero knows me so well that I didn’t even have to tell him what happened. I told him my tire was completely flat and he figured it out from there. AND he didn’t even yell. I will, of course, get a lot of good natured ribbing about it, but everyone’s just kinda used to it.

I never did tell you about tearing the TV antenna off our brand new horse trailer did I? Let’s just say him coming to my rescue is a common occurance.
